Our strategic plan emphasizes two strong commitments for the environment and contribution to the societies we work closely with. Our CSR policy includes these commitments but also covers fundamentals that underline our economic and social responsibility as well as respect for the principles that guide our way of working. This whole set of commitments is the foundation of our company’s purpose.
Our team understands the role our communities play in our organization as we employ men and women who live and interact with the community members on an everyday basis. It is our motivation to build, maintain and grow relationship with the community in order to continue to contribute to the social and economic development of people.
We have taken part in a number of community projects since our inception through supporting a local men & women basketball team, donations to a less privileged community, sponsoring of playing kit to a football club & recently our trip to Masane Coal Mine, where our team gifted over 300 kids with christmas gifts through a partnership with Johdee Mining Services & Minergy Coal Mine.
