Our strategic plan emphasizes two strong commitments for the environment and contribution to the societies we work closely with. Our CSR policy includes these commitments but also covers fundamentals that underline our economic and social responsibility as well as respect for the principles that guide our way of working. This whole set of commitments is the foundation of our company’s purpose.
The Company’s CSR Programme is one of the many ways Kenlen Group hopes to establish its place as a company that is continuously involved in the care and moral duty towards the people of Botswana.
In carrying out its CSI mandate, Kenlen Group places importance on a consistent and equitable distribution of its community social investments to position the company as a good corporate citizen. All Kenlen Group CSR programmes are aligned with helping communities and activities for the social and emotional benefits of its residence.
Our team assesses the need for community assistance against the benefit that comes from it in our future strategy of building and grooming leaders from various parts of the country.

Our CSR strategy revolves around playing a part in helping the communities live healthy and active lifestyles. We partnered with Dolphins Basketball Club in 2020 as part of our contribution to growth and active participation for young adults in playing basketball and grooming them to become the leaders of tomorrow through Sport. Dolphins vision and ambition is to increase the number of teenagers and young adults involved in the sport to develop a norm in participation in sports activities in communities through providing easy accessibility to facilities and equipment.
